Home consults are typically 2 hour sessions.

​Zoom sessions are 50 minute sessions



School

Many of our kids have a harder time in the school setting than the home setting. For those students, school observations can be arranged with the agreement of the school and the individual teacher.  A home session is conducted with the parents prior to school session.

 

*Shira is adept at navigating the intricacies of the NYC Department of Education and working in close contact with school social workers, IEP coordinators, or any other important school personnel



Phone

Phone sessions can be scheduled as follow-ups to home, video chat or school consults.



*Dependent on the reason for the consultation, a questionnaire may be emailed to the parents and should be returned at least 24 hours in advance of the initial consultation.
